Precitype CRC

This is a 82-gene panel test that measures mRNA expression of genes related to proliferation, cancer immunity, extracellular matrix，intracellular matrix，immunoglobulin and house-keeping. Intrinsic subtype, proliferation score and immunoglobulin score are combined to calculate Risk of recurrence score for evaluation of the prognosis of colon cancer patients

Applications:
1. Evaluation of risk of distant metastasis 
2. Prediction of benefit from adjuvant chemotherapy for stage III colon cancer patients.
3. Intrinsic subtype-based treatment strategy
