Precitype LSC

This is a 70-gene panel test that measures mRNA expression of genes related to coagulation, peptide crossing, nicotine metabolizing, immunity, angiogenesis and house-keeping. Intrinsic subtype, proliferation score and immunity score are combined to calculate Risk of overall survival score for evaluation of the prognosis of lung squamous carcinoma patients.

1. Evaluation of risk of overall survival 
2. Identification of high-risk group of patients in early stage (IA-IIA) and evaluation of benefit from adjuvant chemotherapy.
3. Intrinsic subtype-based treatment strategy
