Precitype LAD

This is a 76-gene panel test that measures mRNA expression of genes related to proliferation, immunity, extracellular matrix and house-keeping. Intrinsic subtype, proliferation score and immunity score are combined to calculate Risk of overall survival score for evaluation of the prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma patients.

Applications:
1. Evaluation of risk of overall survival 
2. Identification of high-risk group of patients in early stage (IA-IIA) and evaluation of benefit from adjuvant chemotherapy.
3. Intrinsic subtype-based treatment strategy
