Precitype BC

This is a 72-gene panel test that measures mRNA expression of genes involved in proliferation, hormone receptor, human epithelial receptor 2, basal marker, cancer immunity and house-keeping. An immunity score in addition to intrinsic subtype, proliferation score is used for calculation of Risk of recurrence score to evaluate the prognosis of breast cancer patients.
